Yes, I like the way they handled that in Elder Scrolls 3.

The morality questions in ultima 9 (and I think in earlier ultima games) were also well done. Although in u9 they made it kind of obvious which virtues you were choosng between, it wouldn't have taken much to make them more opaque.
