Help me with problem at work
Today, when I came into work, a problem was shown to me. During the night, according to our lights and instruments, the “B-phase” of the line voltage from Madison Gas & Electric (aka MG&E) went out.
I should point out that we have two clocks in the control room, One powered by my little power plant and the other powered by MG&E.
The Clock powered by MG&E stopped working.
All other buses and lines indicate that all three phases of electricity are working. MG&E said they were not experiencing any problems
Now, at the time of writing, MG&E and staff from my plant are investigating this problem.
I shall now present several theories on why we have this problem.
1. From a tech here at the plant…One of the coils in the back room might have went out, thus taking out MG&E’s clock
2. From me… MG&E were experimenting with a new power source of matter anti matter. They did not set up a proper sub-space field and thus caused all particles at MG&E to accelerate at near light speed. In accordance with Einstein, as a body travels faster, times slows down. MG&E, according to my calculations, are traveling at near light speed.
3. From me…The evil space alien Captain Skwerly , successfully launched several time disruption acorns at Earth and manage to hit Madison Wisconsin.
4. From me… that damn brother of mine has messed things up in his home laboratory and has caused major time shifts in several undisclosed locations
5 From a Power Plant In-charge, who is a staunch conservative Republican…It is those damn liberals fault. Time never stopped when the conservatives were in charged.
6 From a Control Room Power Plant Operator (not me) who is a staunch Liberal Democrat…It is those damn neo-cons fault. They left us with such a lousy economy that time was forced to stop in some places.
7 From a Packer fan…Da Bears still suck.
8 From another operator at this plant… ”Hey, the light burned out and someone took away the battery for the clock”
