FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!

My dad tells me this morning that I can work for him all of next week until Saturday, when Donna needs me. I go upstairs to talk to Donna, and what does she say? She says that no, she needs me to do the table on Friday and Saturday (two days with eight hours in the sun in a row is not pleasant). That pissed my dad off. So now I'm sitting here ( Read more... )

Well, I'm sorry you feel that way. I meant no personal offence to you or anyone you happen to know on Confrences staff. As I work for/with them, I interact with them, and I have no grudges.
Tell me that you've never been just a bit pissed off at one of your bosses (the origional paragraph of this entry seems to indicate that you have)...it doesn't mean that I'm sitting in Cooper office performing hexes on your mother. It just means that I think it sucks that four people (or more, if U-crew is working) are stuck for six hours when there aren't any groups on campus.

Yes, we all do get mad at our bosses, and you have a very good point. And it does suck to work on the weekends (I do too) I just wanted to point out that the people that do the office work quite frequently go over their 40 hours a week even though it is Monday through Friday... Megan for four weekends in a row helped both you guys (front desk) and the other crews while the big groups were here. Now even though I can't say the same thing of my mother, she is a lot older and has had in the past her share of 60 or so hour work weeks. I do admit I was holding anger that was not originally directed at you and somehow got redirected to you, and I apologize for that. I just wanted you to know how I feel and that I love my mother, more than anyone in this world, and I will defend her, over anyone, in a heartbeat. Catch me in an already bad mood with some passion involved and you have one angery Heather. So I'm sorry for being quite so harsh, you have good points, but I hope that you will listen to mine as well. :)

How inconvenient. Im sorry. Though, I think its tempting to rant about anything and everything when youre angry. But I hate when stuff like that happens (inconveniences and unwanted plan changes, I mean).
