The Heart 'Verse is a stunning, gorgeously written Sam/Dean OTP epic love story that's NC-17 with angst, schmoop, Weecest, interludes, musings, poetry, hot sex, UST, and PLOT. It's fucking amazing. The characters are perfect. And a lot of it is first-season canon-based, which is awesome. The only downside is that navigation is difficult, but the story is so tight, you know immediately if you've followed a stray link, so it's easy to return to the master list. Def a five-star rec! By poisontaster as well! Talent!
"Edging Towards Grey" and "Learning Experience"
are both from the immense Sam & Dean Slash Archive, and they're both by "BewareThe Ides", who may or may not be bewaretheides15. I kinda think they're the same person, since the LJ user also writes Wincest, and c'mon, it's not like that's a common name for Sam/Dean writers. Both of these fics share the same traits: masturbation interruption (of Sam by Dean), instruction, orgasm denial, rimming, auto-assplay, and are written as Weecest (Sam is 14.) I just think of him as Season 1 Sam, and I'm fine used to have a problem with underaged fic, but NOPE! I DON'T! Actually, most of his/her fics are generally awesome and hotter than hell...even if I don't particularly get the werewolf porn. *shrug* Still hot.

"Turning Point"!!! Ah, what can I say about the astonishing work of mistyzeo that I'm sure hasn't already been said? EXCEPT SHE'S MY FAVORITE! The community onyougo is where all her fics, organized by fandom, theme, rating and 'verse, are located. Now SHE knows how to write a lengthy, satisfying buildup, as well as an intense, detailed orgasm. My absolute faves: well, lots are untitled. One is called "Backseat": sooooo hot!!!---this one's very special, primarily because of Sam's desperation to get off, combined with Dean's determination to make it so. Also: "Birthday Spanking", "Morning Ride", and "Doing It Right"...yes, please! Also: the "Lurk" 'verse: it does NOT get any better than this.
However, valiant has written a 2-parter called "I've Got A Helping Hand For You" that is mind-blowingly sexy, but the main thing about this one is the characterization. The exploration of Sam's psyche (it's written from his POV) as he gets what he didn't know he wanted from his sex-god big brother is so painstaking, so detailed, I can't imagine it's written by a female. I just can't. If so, then seriously, this author deserves some sort of porn award.
