This makes it all the easier for her to flash onto the bed and bite the hand with the box cutter.

It's not hard, and there's no venom, of course - but she needs that box cutter.

You'd be surprised how intelligent snakes get after almost a hundred years of living. She hisses, and with the box cutter in tow...

"Ow!" Mark does indeed drop the box cutter, and quickly examines his hand for blood before he realizes what just happened.

"Li Mei!" he shouts. "Give that back, dammit!"

Yes, Mark is chasing the snake. It's rather amusing, actually.

Unfortunately for Mark, she's quick and almost as thin as the box-cutter.

She slithers under the door with purpose and heads down the hall to tattle to Ace.

Mark contemplates going after her, but just flops down on the bed with a sigh, burying his face in his hands.

Then he glances up at the bathroom mirror. If he could manage to break it...
