Glad though I am that yesterday is over...today doesn't look to be much better. Though I'm not picking up on an entire nation's renewed grief quite so much today, I'm still very tired and achy due to the dampness in the air from the incoming rain. I feel tired physically, mentally, and emotionally. Hopefully at least some of that will lift as the day goes on.

So ibuprofen every 4 hours is the word of the day, I suppose. That and the old Brit-esque "stiff upper lip."
