After industriously getting up on time to go to my 9am lecture, I discovered to my delight that my 10am was cancelled. Hurrah! My reward for a good deed - I actually have the rest of the day to do justice to my essay. This is a cause for celebration.
And oh, the streets were beautiful this morning. Cycling up Sidgwick Avenue when a sudden gust of wind suddenly surrounded me in falling leaves, catching in my hair and flickering, like miniature flames. Bright November days, and the sunlight slanting across the quad. I took some photographs of the college with my new minicam, which is so small I can hold it invisibly in the palm of my hand. I'm in love with it, and shall carry it everywhere.
