We went to Temple today. I made up a joke as Rachel and I were approaching the builing:
Setup: Okay, so a lesbian and a shiksa walk into a temple.
Punch line: and it's us.
Not so great but it's all I got. What do you want from me.
Anyway, we didn't stay the whole time, I went home and took a nap before my MOMMY came and her and I went to get EMPANADAS and then drove AROUND for a MILLION YEARS trying to find this old-timey street I wanted to show her. After about an hour and a half of searching we gave up and went to a record store near the theater. On our way there we saw THE MOST AMAZING THING I'VE EVER SEEN. (Note: I did not doctor this photo at all. What you see is exactly what was written.)
It was obviously written as something else and doctored later by troublemakers... but what did it say originally? Frankly, I do not care.
Oh yeah, the show. It went pretty well. The Myles' (plus Dotty, minus Craig) came and cheered Rachel and I on. Then we all went to a yummy Cajun resteraunt and talked and listened to very bad karaoke. It was nice.
Now we are home abou to go to sleep. Xtina is coming over tomorrow to spend the day with us. Yay!
