The literary magazine TEA of the University of Florida is currently accepting last minute poetry, non-fiction, and fiction submissions. Plays and comic strips are also acceptable. We're closing submissions in another week and a half for the 2005 edition. College students from all over are able to submit.
Also, ART submissions are being accepted. B&W and color photography, digital art, paintings, etc (also accepted, but all only in the jpeg format). Nature, city, and human subjects perferred. Only tasteful nude photography accepted.
Submit what comes to your fancy as long as it is quality. Let it be absurd, short, or bold. Give it a try, submit. Dare yourself. I'll forward you a copy.
