It may be weird to say this, for me anyway, but after I work out now, I don't feel like I have to lie down under a fan because I'm so tired and sore...now I feel refreshed and ready to exercise some more. I don't know what it is, but maybe it's because I've been working out every day now that the new year has started. It's given me a boost of energy which I always need considering I always wake up late in the day. Of course it still makes me sore and tired, but I'm getting used to the fact, that's all.
I studied Japanese for about an hour and a half. So proud of myself :) Officially finished with Chapter 18 in Genki 2, woot! Also learned Chapter 16 Kanji. I really want to do well on my placement test, so がんばります!
Food, 1/15/2010:
-Breakfast/Lunch: Scrambled eggs, two strips of bacon, french bread, blueberry-cranberry juice
-Dinner: Omurice! Somen salad, nabe (just a piece of steak, some green beans, and a piece of tofu)
-Some cookies and arare for an after dinner snack
Did 40 minutes of working out today. I feel like going to bed early and waking up in the morning to go bike riding...
