I guessed it had to do with the Office. I recently saw that episode where the boss takes all the girls in the office to the mall, and gives them their day. He's talking about his girlfriend Janice, and is describing all things that they do together like video taping their sex, and then her taking it to her therapist and discussing it. Everyone is all, "That's not right! You need to get out!" and he's all, "Nah, she's just... eccentric... Oh, God..."

You're missing the best part. Jan is his immediate superior at the corporate office of their company. I think she actually handed in her resignation last episode, though (the one you saw is pretty recent), because there's a convenient job opening at corporate all of a sudden and Michael's qualified for it....

I try to catch it whenever it's on... but I usually forget it's on, because it comes on on CSI day. CSI is more important, as I'm sure you're aware.
