Yes, that's what it boils down to. The future is out of the question in the context of an RP, of course. To give more background, the species that Yuki belongs to is an omnipotent hive-mind entity composed entirely of data. The way they see the world, everything and anything is composed of data that reflects how it came into being. The only real thoughts we get on her perspective are lines from a song -- 'the heartbeats of life are nothing but a wave pattern to me', 'i could laugh at your emotion. how many numerals would be in that code?', 'if you were to see the world the way I do, you would be paralyzed by fear'.
Obviously, omniscience is unfair to other players. The way I have dealt with this up to now (and plan to continue dealing with it in the future) is for Yuki to retain this ability, but simply to never speak about the data she sees to anyone until I have obtained specific permission for Yuki to know a particularly important piece of data. So yes, after some effort with scanning through the information and programs that compose Dahlia, Yuki could see her past. However, if she doesn't ever mention it to anyone, it's almost the same as not knowing it. If Yuki ever felt it necessary to discuss a piece of information she could know only through viewing someone's data, I would ask you beforehand.
This does not apply to information obtained through non-filtered conversations between two people that she listens to, however. Data obtained in this manner can and may be made mention of without asking permission.
Otherwise, because this is such a passive ability and because Yuki only tends to mention things relevant to escaping the town, I will assume this is fine for all characters. This also works out better for me because I can't know every character intimately. The permission here is mostly for people who have an ability to block her from doing this or those that just don't want Yuki to know something under any circumstances.
