Great Times...
Hi To Everyone!
Good afternoon,
Well Im still at work right now and its like 1600 here in Qatar, The Humidity outside is getting worst...and for most people here in Doha, Four o'clock is the time that they'd wake up and start working once again, The fact that theystart their lunchbreaks by around 12 in the afternoon. Well anyways im getting preety bored again here at work, So ive decided to write in my journal, Its not im not doing anything but I must say I finished all of my important tasks for the day.
I wanted to share with you guys what happened last Sunday, I met one of my closest friends who just came back from Austarlia..Well to be real honest we have schedule a lot of things together but never really found time to hang -out once again, Last Sunday was a perfect timing, Coz the following day which is Monday is my day off.It was really perfect timing that I could hang-out and chill for a while...The plan was I'll be visiting his house, round eight in the evening and we could have dinner..It was preety cool, although i needed to wait for a few minutes since i got to the place a few minutes earlier.
He Prepared a simple yert very delightful dinner He called it "Spaghetti Bolognese"
I must say it was one of the best Spaghettis' Ive ever tasted aside from my mom's ofcourse, which was really delicious and mouth watering.
We had dinner around nine o'clock, I picked out red wine, Plus We also had Sprite and Vodka, It was a good conversation as always, the past things that had happened and what he on the other hand did while he was away.
After the drink,We went outside his house where he had his " beranda " in spanish , Where we got out beers and kinda just chill while the full moon was watching us from above. Its a real get away, I almost got drunk...lol! I ended up sleeping in the couach while watching a movie.
The following day, I visited my mom, Since i was off, And one of my uncles just got in from the Philippines, He was sponsored by my dad to come over here and hopefully get a job preety soon as well.
I stayed in our house for a while since 8am to 9pm, Then my dad dropped me off to my apartment, I had a few chats with my housemates and went straight to bed.
This is probably one of the simpliest day off's I had, but it was very unforgetable.
Today Im working only untill 6 in the evening, and im planning to do a bit of laundry when i get home, and then eat some mushed potatoes...
I received a call today that I was invited In the Ritz Carlton Doha to play on one of the matches that they have this coming Friday, The thing is i'll be working untill 6 in the evening, So I'll probably running my ass to get there after work, anyways wish me luck....For that Volleyball Tourney.
Im also planning to call states tonight to speak to some of my relatives, other that that im free..
Alright I guess this is all for now, and i will just update my journal tomorrow, when i get in by 6am...
