Eternal Kiss of Darkness, Halfway to the Grave, One Foot in the Grave, and Destined for an Early Grave by Jeaniene Frost

If you haven't jumped on the bandwagon yet go out and read Halfway to the Grave right now! Cat Crawfield is also a half-vampire and due to her upbringing and her sense of right-and-wrong; she also has the unpaid job of vampire hunter under her belt.  Besides, ridding of the world of deadly predators Cat is looking for her vampire father to even the score for Cat's mother (who is a piece of work who eventually grows on the reader [or not]). However meeting full fledged master vampire Bones eventually makes Cat realize she has a lot more to learn in the ways of vampire hunting and other pursuits done in the dark of night... (I usually try to write corny one liners but couldn't resist that one.) But before Cat can put newly learned knowledge about vampires to work as a vigilante - Cat and Bones have uncovered a group of vampires head hunting pretty young things to be food and entertainment for the undead. Will our modern day paranormal duo be able to save to the day while avoiding a stake through the heart and the kiss of dawn rising death?
