Advice, please!

I'm brand new here, and I've joined just to ask for a little bit of advice concerning a tattoo I plan on getting!
Next Tuesday I'm going to be getting my very first tattoo, of this symbol:

Anyway, I'm an 18 year-old female and I was wondering where on my BODY a tattoo like this would look good? My boyfriend thinks the upper arm or back shoulder would look good... I'm not too interested in lower back or ankle tattoos, either.
If any of you could think of an interesting placement for this tattoo, it would be so appreciated! I'm interested in finding out what you all think!
