OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG I.FOUND.A.TICK.ON.TYLER!!!!!!
We went hiking yesterday. Found the fucking thing feasting behind his ear this morning. I thought ticks were a summer thing?!? AAAAGH!!!! Nick got it off. Head appears to be attached to it, so I don't think it's stuck in Tyler. Takes 24 hours for a tick to transmit a disease, so here's to hoping it's been less then that. There's a chance. We got to the trails at around 1:30 yesterday. Found the tick at 1:00 today. Half an hour isn't much time, but then you need consider where on the trail Tyler picked it up, and the time the tick took to find that nice, shady, moist spot behind MY BABY'S EAR. That's it, we're never leaving the house again.
