Touch 'Em!
Evan and I went to Via Montalvo on Friday. It's in Saratoga, about 10 minutes from my apartment. My mom told me she used to take us there all the time when we were young, but I didn't remember any of it. Not that it mattered; it was lovely.
I decided this looked better in black and white.
I said I thought this room was dumb, yet I took a bunch of pictures....I wonder why....
Walking down the path, holding hands, in love, happy, then we see this....
I stayed just out of arm's reach from those creepy fuckers. I have a weird irrational fear about life sized statues coming to life. Don't even get me started on larger than life ones....I'm NEVER going to the statue of liberty....

Up those stairs and beyond is a redwood forest we didn't have time (or energy) to explore. But, we have a date with those lovely trees next Friday.
