Die Trellix!
To those that have webpages on Earthlink:
Are any of you having problems with the new webpage editing program, Trellix?
I've been talking to the Earthlink "specialists" for at least 2 hours, but my photos aren't getting uploaded.
Their support people aren't too bright either. I've had to repeat the same broken link to this guy at least 3 times and he's still telling me to click on it.
him: click on the link
me: it doesn't do anything.
him: to edit your page, you first have to click on the link.
me: like i said, the link isn't working.
(30 minutes and other uploading options that don't work later)
him: click on the link
me: IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING
Oh, lovely. Now I have to reset something and reboot. Let's hope my computer doesn't explode....
