I found uncle's tea shop, the Jasmine Dragon. It looks almost exactly like the one in Ba Sing Se, just smaller.

It smells a little strange. No one's been around here for a while I guess.
But I'll get this place up and running in no time. Uncle would've liked that. My tea isn't as great as his though--and I should learn how to make ...coffee, was it

Hm, at home there's more tea shops around, but there's always coffee shops popping up all the time. I just don't prefer coffee though. 'Gets me too worked up and jittery. Don't need that!

Nothing wrong with tea though. Green tea is pretty popular where I'm from. Not so sure if you can find the leaves here though. It'd be nice to have a tea shop around in any case! It'll remind me more of home.

They look very different from the ones in my world. It's annoying when you see all these creatures and you have no idea what any of them are.

Whoa, I never heard of anything like those things except maybe the Komodo dragons, and even then I've never seen one in real life!

Um, I'm not so sure I'd ride one! They seem pretty hard to find all out in the jungles and stuff. I think they're endangered too! 'Don't think anyone's bothered to tame them for transportation. They seem a bit vicious for that sort of thing!

You too? Someone's told me the same thing too, like I've been here before! But they said I'm the same as I was before, just in a different form. But they knew my past and stories about me, so I had to have been here before, but somehow I don't remember any of it. They remembered me, but I didn't remember them!

Maybe it's the same way with you? Maybe they do somethin' to us where we just don't remember.

Yeah, they're pretty vicious animals. I suppose that's the reason only firebenders ride them.

It's a theory. I asked around but no one really knows what the Malnosso do to us beyond the barrier, or how they get us here from different time periods. I don't like not knowing. At the same time, the more I try to figure it out, the more my head hurts.

Not really magic... we can manipulate fire through our stances and forms. There are also airbending, earthbending, and waterbending. It takes discipline to bend any element. My uncle told me that fire is the element of power.
