They try to threaten me!!

So im outside FAR jsut chillin havin a nice ciggarette. THere are these 4 black dudes outside. THere talkin trash to everyone (I think Amanda I saw them say something to u not sure), well they call me over. I go over they ask me for 5 bucks, i tell em im strapped theat i aint got cash, tehy tell me they need gas money to get back to carbondale, again im sorry cant help you. Well next thing you know they start threating me, I aint having, im like amn i aint got five bucks chill the fuck out. Well one of them says, "Im a go get the gun and rob ur ass", so he leaves. I stay there chillin drawing some smoke. So he comes back with something under his jacket with his hand in there, hsi boy stand up and stands ion front me. The guy with the "gun" stands behind me tells me to give up the wallet. I turn around and tell him I aint got any cash, and if hes gonan shoot me to dso it like a man. To look me in the fuckin EYES!!!!!, as he shoots me. THey start talkin there shit. Im like if you were the big bad ass niggas that you claim to be, you eouldnt have a gun and be asking for five, also ypud fight me not shoot me, but at least ill give you the fuckin decency of killing me like a man, though they dont deserve it. I stood unphazed. He breaks and says, "were jsut fuckin with you man" and I said , "youd best be or ill break your fuckin head in". They are tryingt o play it off, they ask me for a ciggarette, I give it to them. THe guy takes a cple puffs then flicks it, I had his ass pick it up and give it to me. Shit id swear im gonna let them disrespect me like that. So I take it and lit (man that was good tobbaco, rolled by my own hands).
This is a true story. The reason I write this is for opinions. I look back on it now, and i think I should have thrown a punch, broke that muthafuckas nose, try to cross me liek that. I dont give no fuck who the hell hr thinks or anyone thinks he is, nor wat the fuck hes carrying. I know I would have gotten my ass kicked, but you know what, they wouldnt have walked away with out being in pain, I always fuckin guarantee that. I fear no one, but I also know when someone/s can take me.
The other side of me sayss I did the right thing I stood my ground and won, without a single punch. But I denied my true nature, man im so worked up right now, the adrenaline and the red bull are still kickin.
Fuck I should have fought them, been so long, I wanted to taste my blood and theres
But please tell me did I do right thing, by ignoring my carnal instincts and using rational instead.
