Body for Life Challenge

Starting week 3...

So far have lost 3.5lbs and 4% body fat (I am using calipers now, not relying on that stupid scale BF% function)
Did my upper body workout this morning. Tomorrow I do cardio, hopefully outside, and not in the parking garage (I do this when it is wayyyy to cold to be running outside), 'cause it's stinky :op!

Time to go make all my food for the day to bring to work...these 6 small meals a day can get kind of tiresome....
