another day, another pound!

Had my weigh in yesterday!

Went down 1 pound, that brings the grand total to 27.5 pounds lost! Whee!

I also went down from .25 to .50 inches everywhere...arms, legs, waist, hips etc...

Worked out after work, did my upper body routine, added a few new exercises, front laterals, and what I call "shield lifts" basically I take a 10lb dumbell and lift it in front of me and up, like I was lifting a shield to protect my head. I do this on both sides (so I don't get lop-sided!)for 3 sets of 12. When I went home I weighed my shield (I know...I am a geek!)It weighed 7.5 lbs so if I am lifting 10lbs consistently at the gym, then lifting my shield should get easier! Maybe I won't die as much! Whoo Hoo!
