Just back from the gym where I have completed my first class in over a year. Admittedly it was a stretch class but I did it. I also did 25 minutes on the bike and the same on the treadmill. Go Me!
Thank-you very much, Buzzie. I celebrated by staying in bed this morning to read. I'll go back to the gym tomorrow. Every 2nd day seems to be the best way for me.
I'm reading Deborah Crombie's 'In a dark house' which is a series featuring 2 detectives and set in England and when I am driving I'm listening to Victor J Banis's 'Deadly Wrong'. Just back from the gym again. I used the exercise bike, the treadmill and completed 45 minutes of weights. I can now relax.
They sound like books I'd like to read. I've started 2 by Harlan Coben (mystery novels and thrillers) and I have one by Michael Connelly (detective novels & crime fiction), both authors whose books I've read and enjoyed.
The workout was good and I am a little tired today. I'm not going to the gym today though as I am off to Sydney this afternoon. I've read quite a few by Harlan Coben and some Michael Connelly. You should look at Val McDermid and Graham Hurley. Both are British writers and I thoroughly enjoy what they write.
