Elvis & Ethos
Have I told you guys about my two new guitars?
This is Elvis & Ethos.

Found Ethos from the buy&sell, got her at a good price & with a case, just days before Elvis arrived. Ethos sounds well balanced, with a good warm tone to her; I was hesitant at first, knowing Elvis would arrive any day now. Neck feels good though, and i could use an extra guitar in the studio, for writing with (hence, Ethos...) and for renting out, should anyone need it in a pinch... he's got a good warm dreadnaught tone, one that i'm not used to - maybe a little too generic for my tastes, but one that fits in well with a lot of music...a lot of folks that heard her like the way she sounds, especially for recording. time will tell if she be good to me... Elvis is a real strummer, though, with a janglier sound, & sustain til midnight; and the instant Punky heard it, she knew he was mine... glad to know that after three years, she already knows my tune .) but he'll have to prove himself too, only after i get him setup for me - right now, strings are too light & skinny, action too low & too safe, too generic - i need a guitar that speaks to me! and in volumes too. so here's to Elvis & Ethos! may you give me at least a good tune each.
