Graduation stuff was a blur. The main ceremony was outside and there was a thunderstorm. As my lil' cohort stood to be recognized by the president, it started pouring. The dean of our school gave us a little fist pump as we stood there, our mortar boards getting soggy and saggy. The Div School ceremony was inside and was quick. Everyone in my family was in town and it was exciting and exhausting. I am really thankful for their gracious visits.
Tonight I relaxed and listened to game five of the NBA finals. I like the radio broadcast of basketball because not only is it an old fashioned way of doing things but the broadcasters themselves are old men. They say senior citizen types of things. For example, when Rondo tipped in a missed shot deep into the fourth quarter, Dr. Jack Ramsey exclaimed, "Rondo has flubber in his shoes!"
