TWILIGHT_IT ENDS, FOR NOW

I finished New moon and Eclipse night before last, but had no time to share my thoughts until now. I really, really enjoyed each book more than the last and that's what I look for in a series. I was afraid that everything would loose it's edge and start to focus on just Edward and Bella. Ok, so I was more afraid that there would be no Jacob in book three. I'm glad I was wrong!

I began to like Edward and Bella a little more once he returned, but still not as much as I loved Bella and Jacob. Though Bella seemed to have more of a say after their little break, the relationship still remained unbalanced. I think that love should give us confidence and not consume us so entirely that we can't see beyond it. I think that's why I love Jacob and Bella. Yes, he's a werewolf, but there's still a part of him that's nothing but human. Bella can be more at ease when she's with Jacob. Not worried all the time. Their love gives her confidence and it helped her heal. I was so glad when she finally admitted that she loved him. Yes, maybe not as much as Edward, but that could change if she opened herself up to other possibilities. I'm also not at ease will her unflinching choice to be changed. She should take Edwards advice and enjoy her humanity. My only concern is that Jacob hasn't imprinted. I was a bit confused about whether or not he had, but the author cleared that up. I guess he could imprint upon her still. I mean, she saw their furture so clearly during that kiss. If he imprints on someone else I'm going to be hella pissed.

So duh, it's team Jacob and Bella for me (and trust there is a mix on the horizon)! I'm anxiously awaiting book four. Oh and I changed the layout again. Got tired of the other one really fast. I really like this one (for real this time) so it'll stay for a while. I won't have time to change it for a few months anyway.
