I have been having really fitful sleep lately. Bad dreams, waking up in the middle of the night, not being able to get to sleep, the whole nine yards.
I have always been a firm believer in the idea that quality of sleep is directly linked to your health, mental, physical, and emotional.
There's the rub: my life is fairly together and placid at the moment. Sure, there are things that could be better. But things could be, and have been a hell of a lot worse.
But I hear my subconscious, and I'll listen. Time for some changes, small and large.
