hey guys. i was wondering if anyone one here has ordered stuff from the body jewelry website www.tonguestud.com? I had ordered a tongue barbell off the site over a month ago, and I have yet to receive it. I emailed customer service about a week and a 1/2 ago asking about the status of my order, and I didn't get any response. This is getting really ridiculous. I don't know where my order is and at this point I don't even want it anymore. I tried emailing customer service again, but who knows if they will respond.
I was just posting on here to see if anyone else has had problems ordering from that website, and if so, what did you do to resolve it. I would call them but there is no contact number listed anywhere on their site. I'm at a loss as to what to do now, and I'm pissed because they took my money. :( any help would be appreciated. thanks guys.
