Drink, A LOT. I know that's what helps me (yes... I used to get it way too often, and that's my grandma's advice- and it worked)
Especially in the mornings before getting up, drink first. It really does make the difference...

I always have trouble with getting enough fluids throughout the day, so I'll be sure to pay more attention to it. Hopefully it helps. :D

That does sound a bit disconcerting, bo-chan, so go to bed early definitely this week and generally take things easy. Hope it passes soon, if not, back to the doctor you go till he finds out what's causing this. Take good care.
*hugs bo-chan and tucks her up*

I'm hoping it's just me not getting enough sleep or something of the sort, so I'll wait out this week. ^^

Mm I've had that for a while, though only on mornings. Do you get nausea as well? Or is it just the spinning black thing?

No, it's just the spinning - and sometimes I'm slightly dizzy.
Ik hoop dat het gewoon is dat ik niet genoeg slaap heb gehad, dus ik wacht gewoon nog even af. Als het erger word sta ik dus meteen bij de dokter op de stoep, maar anders niet.

*loves on you* I can't wait until we get the first replies from the travel agencies! ♥~!
