Seriel Rapist in the Broad Ripple Area

"Police say four women have been raped in Broad Ripple since October. Investigators think three may have been committed by the same man. "The victims all say he had a Jamaican accent," Staletovich said.
The suspect is described as a tall, lanky Black man about six-foot-three with a thin build.
The latest victim was raped Christmas Eve. Police say his m.o. is similar in the three cases. He goes up to a woman walking alone asks her if she needs a ride. "In each case the women have said no, but then he overpowers them and rapes them," said Staletovich.
Police say the most important thing to do is to get someone to escort you to your car."
