Burning the Red Stick
I'm leaving tomorrow for Tampa Bay to see my family and the beach. This is the first time in Tampa that I'll be allowed to take the convertible around as if it were my vehicle. My cousin and I are riding out to my grandmother's condo to forget the city. It will also be the first time in a long while that I'm more than an hour away from adults who influence my life. I plan, for a few days, to forget who I am and forget Baton Rouge. I'm fairly tired with this little town and my inconsequential job. I'm going to visit the Salvador Dali museum as well; let me know if you want a certain print. I'll be back on the 8th with six days of relaxion and six days closer to moving out. -Daniel
