MEAT FEST 04
yesterday was Meat Fest over at Joe and Big Tone's house. We've been planning out this festival of meat for a while and it turned out to be very awesome.
Ever since the last day of school (thursday) I've been hanging out with Nick, Joe, Andrew, Big Tone and various other people, getting prepared for this glorious celebration of all that is good and made of Meat...the last couple days have been great.
Sunday Night me and Nick went to Meijers to pull of our scheme. Me and Nick talked to our friend James Maxwell about his job behind the Meat counter at Meijers and he was telling us how he could change the prices on the meat to give us a kick ass deal. We had it down to a science, Nick walked up to the counter and gave james a fake rain check while i got the meat that wasn't behind the counter. it worked our perfectly. we rang out at the self checkout desk and even used james' meijers card to get an additional 10% off, we made out like bandits. in the end we successfully riped of a large corperation and got our wonderful meat for cheap as fuck.
The next day was MEAT FEST 2004. i brought my good friends Sam and Tony to the fest where we gorged ourselves with meat and enjoyed the company of friends. the menu went like this(in chronological order):
-burgers
-hotdogs
-Beer Brawts(oh so wonderful)
-BBQ chicken
-ribs
-Steak
by the end of the day everyone was about to explode with meat.
I got to play the card game Squares for the first time, its a really kick ass and violent game, and like alex said it would be a really good drinking game. i got to talk to alot of awesome people there including alex(nicks brother) who was telling us of his adventures in spain. hopefully there will be more Meat Fests in the future cus this one was really awesome thanks to Nick, Big Tone, Joe, James, Andrew, Joe's Family and all the other people who i forgot who helped out or donated to the Meat Fest.
