(no subject)
CHRIST narrows has the most eclectic bunch of people ever.
a) after a song (hotn ex, which i brought up by 8%!!!), there was this weird looking drunken guy who yelled "I WANT TO FUCK YOUUUU" after i finished so i uh ignored him and kept playing.
b) a 23 year old insisted on getting my phone number--we exchanged email addresses instead. we talked briefly about pc games but i was yknow trying to play my itg. i don't know.
c) there was this group of 3 kind of thuggish guys there. they were totally captivated watching me play and were actually kind of cool about it. one of them pointed at my usb stick and was like "what the fuck is that!!" and i explained it to him and he laughed. they were hanging out outside when i left and he grinned at me and i said: "i'm SO done playing." and he just replied "yeah, i bet!!"
d) there was a little redheaded kid there who really wanted to play itg with me. he walked up to the machine while i was trying to find a song, set his change off to the side of the machine, and just .. stared. i asked "hey do you want to play?" and he said he did, so i told him he'd have to wait until i was finished... and then the machine froze. hahaha. it was really weird. i got a refund&put my money back in to play and he was like "where am i? am i playing too?" and i told him that i still needed to play my game and he walked off. he was freaking adorable.
e) there's this guy who is constantly at narrows who i've seen around quite often and i don't really like. lately he's been so persistant in talking to me--like, "do you know what the songs are over the special ending because i do i'll point them out and they're called so-and-so"; today he just kind of followed me outside when i was leaving chatting about how he's never seen anyone pass a 13 footer and i was like "ohok." he was around for free bemani nights back in the days and i remember getting into minor tiffs with him. i hold grudges i guess.
then adam styles called to tell me he beat my wake up hard score and i was sad. well, i wasn't that sad--if it were anyone other than adam styles then i would be sad. i think i sounded really creepy over the phone because i was still so overwhelmed with my arcade experience of today--sorry adam styles if i was weird! D:
