I recognize that this isn't a good thing

but anytime I have to study hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn, I just have such a hard time caring. Like, my mind basically goes "ew babies are gross, why are these people having children anyways, ugh these sound like flop parents (when doing case studies), this is so boring i can't" and I just can't bother caring enough to do anything beyond the minimum of whatever is required.

I mean, I don't feel this way about ALL (leukemia that mostly affects children). Maybe because at least ALL is cool to look at?

Ugh idk. Either way, I have a quiz on HDFN (and transfusion reactions, which are at least kinda interesting) and I have no desire to study for it.

Damn children.
