Now, The important parts. The Warped tour, as it was last year, was a blast. I came home with tons of free shit, a bunch of new music to check out, and at least one band that I will deffinitely be looking into (we found them doing an acoustic set in the parking lot when the show was over!). We talked to some really awesome people and were (or atr least I was) completely re-inspired to work on our band which is heading towards the name By The Mile. I like that. It says everything about us. At one point in time, Mel, Nate, and I were lounging about resting our feet, when a man and a woman walked up and sat down with us. They were probably early 20's. Tje man immediately suggested that we sit in a circle and do introductions (name and something that interests you) and then asked if he could film it. we went around the circle just like at camp or something. It was a beautiful moment in which none of us was living in any kindof reality. We talked about being a band and being on the road, and bought one of their cds for 5 bucks. Heres the thing. the cd is ok. they probably wont become a regular listening pleasure of mine. But at the same time, they are excellent people living out my dream. Why shouldnt I support them? Exactly!
I have new song ideas, but Im gonna hold off for the moment. On my watch its 1:45, and I think somewhere between this morning and now I managed to get a fever. random, but I know that feeling. Goodnight.
