Got about half-way through watching Sin City and stopped
Don't see why this film is getting so much praise... the dialogue is shocking (yes, I know it's lifted straight from the comic book, but that's no excuse) ...
I don't know why I don't like it, it's just a bit insulting. "THIS MAN HAS BEEN SHOT 7 TIMES, JUMPED THROUGH THE WINDSCREEN OF A POLICE CAR WHILST IT WAS MOVING, SURVIVED A CAR CRASH, BEEN BEATEN HUNDREDS OF TIMES, BUT HE'S FINE! DON'T YOU WISH YOU WERE HIM?! I DO! HE IS TEH R0X0RS! :D :D :D ROLF"
All the women walked round nude or semi-nude. I'd read stuff whinging about it before, and laughed it off, they've got a point, the film's totally degrading to women (god I sound like a feminist) ... they're all hookers! The whole film is too far-fetched and ridiculous for my liking

And yes, it has good cinematography, but what does that matter? Give me a plot any day.
