I need to take in about 1800 calories a day based on the amount I burn with the workouts, combined my normal daily activity burn.
Breakfast - 2 soy sausage patties
- 1 english muffin
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 370 calories
Lunch - Protein Shake, Strawberry/Orange Sherbet 550 Calories
Dinner - Beef stir fry ~ 650 Calories
That means I only consumed 1570 today. I had some pretzels with dip before dinner also but that shouldn't push me anywhere near 1700 for the day. Regardless of weather I hit the 1800 or not, I ate more today than I have been lately so there is an improvement. The food wasn't that bad at all so I hope I can stick to this. One day down 89 more to go!
