Calzone recipe

I might as well start off with a really simple one that I made up myself. I've been using it for at least twenty years now. It's a very flexible recipe, so you can make all sorts of changes

Calzones are awesome. There's pretty much nothing that can't be made into one. Try roast vegies and fetta cheese.... And, if the mood takes you, create an apple and banana dessert calzone with a side of iced cream. Excellent stuff..
