The other night I got woken up by the bread machine leaping off the counter and going "whrrrrr" on the floor for some minutes. It's never done that before. What was up with this bread that made the making so much more violent? Will this happen from now on? Nothing broken, it was just on the floor with the bread about a foot away, still in the metal casing. Maybe it was the non-strong flour I mixed in to fill out the loaf.
I guess I just don't understand how bread works. I was never any good at chemistry.
