14 degrees
14 degrees centigrade is my cutoff point. It's where I change from winter clothes to summer clothes. I tend to layer, so I pretty much have one set of rules for how to dress from -5˚ to 14˚ and one set for how to dress from 14˚ to around 32˚. Which means that on days where the temperature ranges from like 10˚ to 18˚ I'm pretty much screwed. I'm either too cold for part of the day, or too hot. There's pretty much no way I can layer the right way to handle the just that small range of temperatures around that critical point. And the weather for the past few weeks has pretty much exclusively been just that.
