odd day.
So yesterday was just odd.
I got a text from a coworker needing a ride into work (odd since I didn't know he had my number but I didn't mind giving him a ride).
At work, my boss announced she had turned in her 2 weeks and was quitting after 10 years to pursue her artistic career.
I got a facebook message from Caitlyn letting me know her mom died. Sad about her mother but odd since this was the first time she contacted me in 4 years.
I got a facebook message and friend request from Hex wanting to come to Hedwig next month. Odd since I haven't heard from her in 6 years. I told her I don't mind her at any show I'm in (a customer is a customer). I did NOT respond to her friend request. I post too many political things and she is far too thin-skinned about politics (something I've noticed about a LOT of Conservatives). I will not tip-toe in my own feed for anyone.
The chest freezer outside defrosted. Elsa called at work and said it wasn't working. When I got home, it was just the circuit breaker. Elsa could have fixed it on her own but she didn't know how. *sigh* I wish she was a little more preemptive instead of reactive but at least the freezer isn't screwed. We just need to keep a closer eye on the breaker.
As for the messages from Caitlyn and Hex... I've done a pretty good job getting rid of the people who cause drama in and around my life. I don't need to stop that any time soon.
