(no subject)
The past few weeks have been pretty busy, though mostly with monotonous uni-related tasks. A few notable things have happened however:
- I finally applied for a passport. It'll probably be ready in a week or so and I will need to apply for a visa Real Soon Now.
- Jez returned from a couple of months on Heron Island where he was doing his coral disease research.
- I saw both of my sisters, at the same time and in the same place, for the first time since maybe Christmas. They're both pregnant; Kate's at about 21 weeks, having a boy; Emma's about 17 weeks. I'll be in Germany and miss both births.
- Pretty much determined travel plans for July: Frankfurt - Brussels (+ Brugge) - Amsterdam - Munich - Bern - Milan/thereabouts - Hamburg/Lüneburg.
- I have a server colocated in Pennsylvania (bonus points for novelty value). Let me know if you need some web hosting or email etc, I might be able to help out.
- Bunch of other stuff I forget.
