Over at Mike's, watching The Thing (a great horror movie).
Thursday was the night of Epic Badness as it will now be called. Hazel, Robin, Jackson and myself watched Zardoz (full of itself and complicated), every Fat Boys music video (pretty much best ever), Teenage Caveman (awful and full of gross teen-sex/masturbation/exploding stomaches), Top Dog (Chuck Norris+dog=take that, Skinheads!) and, last but not least, David Copperfield, Animated style (all the characters were cats! Cats! Or maybe mice.) To sum it up, the movies were just ridiculously bad and gave me hope as a film maker. I mean, I know I could never suck THAT much...though Chuck Norris and a crime-fighting dog sounds good to me.
