Kismet sucks in a bucket

So…….its been one of those weekends where fate decides to show up on the doorstep and bring nothing good along with her. See usually I don’t believe in the whole fate thing until little things happen. For example when there is traffic and no matter what lane you’re in, it’s the slowest lane or when things happen all at once all leading to the same outcome. So what happened? Well, too many things to list without it sounding like a list but here are two things. First I discovered that I can’t be on the circle k board due to the fact that I can’t be here in San Diego over the summer. I guess it requires some summer work but because my sis is leaving, baby Judy is leaving, and money getting tight, I have to stay up north and work. There is another position I could have which is lieutenant governor which would be ok, but I wanted to work at the club level with the people I know and like. I was really looking forward to being on the board like as VP or something. So that just started the weekend like blech. So with poo happening after that the weekend finally ended with more poo…. I did have the chance of doing something else on v day (tomorrow) but at the point in which I should have said yes, a stupid thought crossed my mind, causing me to say no. The reason surprised me because I thought I was over it, but apparently I am not…..grrrrrrrr to my subconscious.
So yeah hopefully this week will pass smoothly. The circle k elections are next Monday I believe, which I have to go to and stick through it…..Then I have to study for the tests I have for the following week The only two things I am looking forward to right now is one, the Oscar party that my brother might be throwing this Sunday and the other one is to just get over a certain thing because it is never going to happen.
