Good to see everyone again!
This past week was spring break so I got as far away from Brenham as I could. On March 11 I took the GRE to get into grad school. I think I did okay, but only time will tell. That evening kieser met me in Austin and we hung out for a while...went to Chuy's and Spiderhouse. Sunday was my one day of rest. Monday I went to San Marcos and visited kieser. You can read what we did Last Monday bobcat05 came over and we spent the better portion of the day together. We had the grand idea of having a picnic out at Canyon Lake but were unable to find the park until right before they closed at sundown. We drove around using her GPS gizmo and found a park that was open just as the sunset was ending (actually I think we found the park by following some signs that we ran across, but the gizmo was helpful nonetheless in general, I really want one now). We had our picnic and came back to San Marcos. We decided we still wanted to be out so we drove to one of the parks on the river and walked a bit of the trail until we found a nice place to sit on a little island. It's really nice having somebody to walk with again, it's one of my favorite past times. from kieser's journal. Tuesday swtsandy1028 and I spent some of the day together in Austin and then had drinks in San Marcos. I had a Red Bull on the way home and it didn't kick in until AFTER I got home so I didn't get much sleep then awoke with a hangover. I had to drive to east Texas with my mom on Wednesday. Spent time doing various things, went to the boats, won some $$$ and then I came home today. I'm exhausted! That's it for now, more to come later.
