Grandma is doing fine! amongst other things
As the subject indicates, my grandmother is indeed doing fine. The biopsy came back negative, she doesn't have cancer which is a huge relief for all of us who were nearly sick with worry. Just figure I'd let you all know that.
now what else is happening... oh yes, got the keys to the new apartment yesterday and started moving stuff in, what this all means for the futre quite frankly is anyone's guess. as it stands that it's only a one bedroom apartment, both Pam's stuff and my stuff maynot all fit. which really sucks in hindsight cuz i'm quite fond of much of the things I've collected over the years and I won't part with it easily, it includes a lot of books and DVDs CDs and tapes. who knows maybe a compromise can be reached but that's a bridge to be crossed when we get there.
it also means that I won't have internet access for a while, which sux for many of my online buddies.
also, last night I tried to watch the recent episode of 'Lost' and I fell asleep, not only that, but I also missed the latest episode of 'Invasion' as well, something I had been planning to record, but my damn head cold just robbed me of any conscious effort to do anything like that, not to mention having to lug all those boxes upstairs into the apartment a few hours earlier.
I hate missing episodes of my favorite shows, cuz I hate not knowing what happened, I guess that's why DVDs were invented, and the internet for that matter... which I won't be having for a while after the move. but such is the price one pays to be out on one's own. who knows maybe if everything becomes settled by the weekend, Pam and I may actually have time to enjoy ourselves. which means that going to either Friday or Saturday night Rocky is very much up in the air.
but right now I'm too tired and too sick to think about that crap right now.
