working for the weekend
hey kiddoes,
this latest update in the crazy mixed up world that encompasses my miserable existance is to inform those of you who matter (you know who you are) just what is going on.
let's see, on top of the fact that my parents are just about ready to leave me to rot and let me die of financial ruin by getting swamped with bills until I have a fucking heart attack at 30, of all things I have to work for the weekend, although strictly speaking the work itself isn't exactly bad.
of the two jobs that I am working in order to earn more money is working as a file clerk for a supported living services company, a place where they provided assistance to people with disabilities to allow them to live and function in society and be able to take care of themselves.
now, with these lovely thoughts in mind I have signed on to take on some extra work, becoming a sort of relief guard or substitute for the occasional weekends. and thus that's what my weekend is going to consist of starting tomorrow night, what a joy. which means to those of you associated with the Channelside Rocky Horror Show, that Pam and myself will not be in attendance this week. this is merely a hiccup of course, so I apologize in advance to my peeps Drella, Jessica, Candy, Chris, Hippie, Ricky, Rachel, Sam, Leslie, Tanner, and everyone else, you know who you are.
the upside to this situation is that I'll be getting $300 extra, so it's a fair trade. anyway, that's about it. until next time, if there is a next time.
