I checked and allowed a friend of mine check too, the link seems fine. When downloaded it should contain a zipped file and document inside it too.

I'm going to give a poor guess and say that perhaps your download broke half-way through the transition, please try again. ^_^);

Bases are icon with no effect but the you yourself are free to add anything on it, since some icons are for personal use or cannot be editted at will.
