HIGH QUALITY LOOK
1, have a new document and copy/paste the image you want, crop it if you have it. Crop is resizing.
2, duplicate the original image and use this. there's not need to be playing pick-my-nose with it...
[ Short cut new layer > SHIFT+Ctrl+N }
[ Short cut duplicate > Ctrl+J }
3, sharpen it.
[ Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen }
4, set the sharped layer to Soft Light.
duplicate this. if you think it's dark, avoid. (Image #1)
5, make a new empty layer and fill it with a dark navy color like: #020717 and then set this layer to Exclusion. (Image #2)
6. duplicate it, avoid if you think it's dark. Hehe. If you think it's light in a way, change the color and make it dark.
Do as you please.
