12--If you could listen to an hour's audio footage of people talking about you behind your back. Would you listen to it or not listen to it? Why or why not?
Assuming that the recording was made and that i didn't care by whom or why, i would probabably listen. I am pretty self centered and i am a curious person. What could anyone possibly have to say about me that would takie an hour to say?
I would certainly want to hear my enemies. There is a Seneca(?) proberb to the effect that our enemies are our best teachers. Also i would have no high expectations to be shattered by cruel words or facts
But, after all, "people's opinions of me are none of my business" whether on record or not. So maybe i would not listen after all. But, yeah, i would. I am still curious and too self centered not to listen.
